It's conveniently
located between loops 2 and 3 (view property map),
and directly across from the shower/restroom building in
loop 2.

same as cabins and campsites.
Meeting Room Rate:

The rate
is based on daytime use only. The room rate does not
include taxes and fees of 8%. Rates, taxes and fees are subject to change
without notice.
Rules & Policies:
This is a partial list of
rules or policies
applicable to using the meeting room. Other restrictions may apply.

Advance reservations and
additional fees are required to use the meeting room. The room
is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check availability of the
room at the same time you book cabins and campsites at the
marina. The meeting room may not be available during some
holidays, seasons, events, or at management's
discretion. Use of the room is not guaranteed.

The meeting room, deck, shower/restroom facilities, boat docks,
indoor fishing areas, and cabins are NO SMOKING.
-
Limited parking
is available next to the meeting room. Please park in designated areas
only. Do not block roadways, gates, stairs, ramps, or nearby
campsites. Vehicles may be operated on gravel roadways only; do
not drive across marked campsites, beyond physical barriers, or
through open areas.

The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.

The following
items and activities are NOT allowed on the property, which
include, but not limited to: bonfires, kegs,
live bands, amplified music,
fireworks,
concessionaires, outside vendors,
soliciting, advertising, outdoor signage, commercial activities,
tree cutting, littering,
dumping, or waste
disposal.

A meeting
room reservation and/or payment does NOT include access or
use of other facilities or
services at Lake Whitney Marina, such as
indoor fishing,
daily entry/parking, use of the
boat
ramp, overnight boat slip rentals or in-water vessel
tie-ups, water rec area
access, or cabin or campsite accommodations.

A valid
vehicle tag must be displayed at all times while on the
property.
-
Pets
are not permitted inside the meeting room and may not be left
unattended outside.
-
Proof of insurance may be
required for certain events, activities, or groups.
-
The meeting room is available
during daytime hours only. No access from dusk to dawn. No
camping allowed near meeting room.
-
Visitors at the meeting room must be pre-approved by management.
If approved, visitors must
register with the ship's store immediately upon arrival
on the property and prior to going to any cabin, campsite, or
meeting area. Visitors are permitted on the property from dawn
to dusk only; they are not permitted to stay or park overnight.
Standard fees apply to visitors for daily entry/parking, indoor
fishing, boat ramp use, etc. All fees
are due in full upon arrival.

In addition to the daily rate for
the meeting room, other charges and
fees that may be assessed include:

cancellations, or reservation changes

exceeding occupancy or
vehicle limits

violating rules or policies, such as smoking, littering, leaving
campfires unattended or not fully extinguished, or pets

cleaning the interior or exterior areas, carrying trash bags to
dumpsters

damages or repairs
to the property, building, furniture, facilities, picnic tables,
or grills

lost or missing property, including furnishings, decorations, appliances, or grills
