Lease a wet slip at Lake
Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove in North Central Texas! This deep
water marina is next to the main river channel and conveniently
located mid-lake between the dam and the mouth of the Brazos
River. Lake Whitney Marina operates year-round.
We can accommodate houseboats, cabin cruisers,
pontoons, wakeboard boats, ski boats, sailboats, jet skis, and more.
Covered wet slips up to 50'
are available and vessels up to 80' are welcome.

A wet slip lease term is for a
minimum of twelve (12) months. Payment schedules may vary. Proof of
ownership and insurance is necessary for vessel listed on signed lease agreement.
Management must pre-approve vendors and contractors,
dock storage boxes, boat lifts, and any slip improvements.
All boat
docks, walkways, and dry storage areas are NO SMOKING.
No diving, jumping, or swimming allowed around docks.
Keep dock gates closed at all times.
Use or transport of portable fuel containers for
refueling is not allowed at boat docks, boat ramps, parking areas, or
grounds. Designated area to refuel vessels is the floating
ship's store
dock only.
Unauthorized vessels beached, moored, anchored, or tied
up in slips or to docks within waters of marina will be reported to law
enforcement. Water and electricity may not be used without authorization
from management.
Overnight parking of visitor's vehicles or trailers is not
allowed.
