Campground at Lake Whitney Marina

Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is a full-service marina with a five loop, 100-site campground and modern cabins on more than sixty acres and two miles of shoreline on beautiful Lake Whitney.

About the Campground

Advance reservations are required for all cabins and campsites. Cabins and campsites are assigned at the time of reservation AND before arrival on the property. We do NOT accept walk-ins at any time, day or night. There is minimum night stay required for campsites and cabins. Reservations are accepted up to a year in advance.

Book enough sites to accommodate your entire party including the occupants, motor vehicles, camping units, and vessels. A campsite reservation is for one site, one camping unit, one to four occupants, and one to two vehicles. Each reservation requires an advance deposit. The number of camping units, occupants, and vehicles allowed at each site may NOT be exceeded at any time; additional sites will have to be booked by your party. No camping units are allowed on the same site as any cabin.

Campsites and cabins are intended to be used as overnight accommodations and occupied by the individuals with the specific reservation only. Campsites and cabins may not be used as day-use facilities for visitors or invitees, or as a place to host meetings, events, or activities.

There are three types of campsites offered at Lake Whitney Marina. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Any camping on the property requires use of an approved camping unit (see list below). RVs up to 45' in length are welcome.

• Folding camper

• Pop-up camper

Pets must be pre-approved by management before being brought onto the property. Restrictions, limitations, and rules apply.

Visitors (invitees) are responsible for registering with the marina immediately upon arrival on the property AND before entering the campground. Visitors are charged a daily fee. Visitors are permitted on the property from dawn to dusk only; they are not permitted to stay or park overnight. Valid vehicle tags must be displayed at all times by both day visitors and the marina's registered cabin/campsite guests.

NOTE: Any privileges offered to Lake Whitney Marina's registered cabin/campsite guests, wet slip tenants, and dry storage tenants do NOT transfer, extend, or apply to any other party including visitors or invitees. Regular fees and hours apply to all visitors and invitees for daily entry, parking, shoreline use, indoor fishing, and/or boat ramp access. If you have any questions, please call us.

Fees & Charges

In addition to the nightly campsite rate, other charges and fees may be assessed for the following reasons including, but not limited to: 

• early check-in or late check-out

• fees for pets entering or occupying cabins

• use or access to particular facilities or amenities on-site (e.g., vessel tie-up in marina)

• property damages, repairs, or missing items

• exceeding the specified maximum number of camping units, occupants, and/or motor vehicles allowed per site

• encroaching, parking, occupying, or using any open area, cabin, campsite, or pedestal not assigned to you and paid for at check-in

• daily fee for visitors (invitees)

• rule or policy violations (cabins are NO SMOKING only; campfires must be fully extinguished before departing; trash bags may not be left on a site at check-out; sites must be picked up and free of food scraps, bottle caps, cig butts, wrappers, bait, fishing line, and other trash at check-out).
