DEFINITION OF A
"GROUP"
A reservation is for one
cabin,
one
campsite, or one
rental
RV. We define a "group" as one person (coordinator)
who books at least five cabins or at least five
campsites where all of the reservations
share the
same check-in and check-out date.
The coordinator interfaces with the marina's owners
about all
reservations and payment
arrangements. Each reservation will have a primary occupant and
include their contact information. The coordinator
is the first
person to arrive on the property. Cabin keys are
issued to the coordinator.
