What we offer
Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove
is a deep water, full-service
marina sitting on
approximately sixty acres and two miles of shoreline on Lake
Whitney. We operate year-round. We offer various
boating-related
facilities and services along with
overnight
accommodations that include cabins, campsites, and
rental RVs in a five-loop campground (advance
reservation only).
Visit the largest store dock on Lake
Whitney! We're also the only place on the lake with two boat
ramps that have different elevations.
Layout
The main areas of the property include
the lakefront, campground and loops, boat docks, and dry
storage.
Visitors are
permitted in the lakefront area. Registered guests are
permitted in the campground area and loops. Only dockage and
storage licensees are permitted to access boat docks and dry

is a fee charged to the public to enter Lake Whitney Marina

How to get here
By car,
we're only a few minutes from downtown Whitney. On the
water, we're centrally-located between the mouth of the
Brazos River and the Whitney dam. Refer to

tags, where to go when you arrive, speed limits, no wake
areas, and more.

Pets
We are pet
friendly with some limitations and restrictions (e.g., no
pit bulls). Due to
insurance, each pet must be individually
approved by the owners of Lake Whitney Marina before they may be
brought onto the property. Pet owners are responsible
for picking up after their pets. Pets must be on a leash. Refer to
pets.
Tobacco
& no smoking areas
Smoking is prohibited inside buildings,
showers, restrooms, boat storage areas (boat docks and dry
storage), the store dock, near the aboveground storage tanks, and
at the guard booth. Abide by all
posted signs. All overnight accommodations at
Lake Whitney Marina are NO SMOKING.
