WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This is the information we collect for each reservation. A reservation is for one cabin, campsite, or rental RV.

1. Type of accommodation you'd like to reserve. Specify the cabin number, rental RV, or the campsite number along with the type of camping unit you will bring.

2. Dates of your stay, total nights, and expected arrival time

3. Number of occupants and name of the primary occupant

4. Number of vehicles

5. Number and type of vessels and/or paddlecraft

6. Number of pets, breed, age, and size

7. Number of invited guests to visit during the day, if any

8. Your name, physical address, telephone

9. Your payment method, credit card details, and billing address

ACCOMMODATION TYPE

1. Which TYPE of accommodation would you like to reserve (cabin, campsite, or RV rental trailer)?

2. If you are reserving a cabin or RV rental trailer, what is the cabin or trailer NAME?

3. If you are reserving a campsite, what is the SITE NUMBER?

4. If you are reserving a campsite and bringing your own camping unit, specify the TYPE OF CAMPING UNIT (class A motorhome, class C motorhome, fifth wheel, toy hauler, travel trailer, folding camper, pop-up camper, or tent) and provide details, such as the year, mfg/make, model, length, width, height, number of rooftop A/C units, and number of slide-outs, if applicable.

1. How many VEHICLES are you bringing with you?

VESSELS

1. How many VESSELS are you bringing with you? You must be the registered owner of any vessel your bring with you.

2. Specify the TX number (if applicable), vessel type, year, make, model, and length of each one. If you are interested in overnight dockage or storage of boats and trailers, speak with the marina's owners to check availability, fees, and requirements after you check in and register.

PETS

1. Are you bringing PETS on the property? View pet rules.

INVITED GUESTS

1. Are you expecting any guests during your stay (yes or no)?

2. If so, how many guests will you have? There are some restrictions to the number of guests you may have at a cabin, campsite, or rental RV each day. Invited guests are charged a daily fee.

BILLING DETAILS

1. Which CREDIT CARD are you using with this reservation (Visa, MasterCard, Amercian Express, or Discover)? Provide the credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit or four-digit security code that appears on either the front or the back of the card. Your credit card will be charged a deposit at the time of reservation.

2. What is the full name that appears on the card? Provide the billing address, city, state, zip, and phone number. Note: The name that appears on the credit card should be the same as the primary occupant associated with this reservation.
