HOW TO BOOK

  1. Advance reservations are required for all cabins, campsites, and rental RVs. Reservations are accepted only by telephone. Call us at (254) 694-3129. The phone is answered seven days a week, 8AM-5PM CT.

  2. A reservation is for one cabin, campsite, or rental RV. An advance payment (deposit) by credit card is due with each reservation you make. We cannot "hold" cabins, campsites, or rental RVs for individuals or groups. We do not accept walk-ins.

  3. Your credit card will be charged between the time of booking and before you arrive on the property. It's your responsibility to make sure the credit card payment went through successfully. If it's successful, then you have a confirmed reservation to stay with us. If the credit card charge is denied or fails to go through for any reason, then you do not have a reservation to stay with us.

  4. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We accept reservations up to a year in advance. We recommend booking at least three days in advance for cabins, campsites, and rental RVs during the year. For major holidays, book cabins and campsites up to a year in advance. For groups, book cabins and campsites once you have a list of occupants and payment methods finalized.
