About the Campground

Lake Whitney Marina operates year-round! The campground consists of five loops and approximately 100 sites. There are three types of sites on the property:

1. FHU/50 = full hookups with 50-amp service (water, sewer, and electric only)

2. FHU/30 = full hookups with 30-amp service (water, sewer, and electric only)

3. W+E = water and electric only

Camping at Lake Whitney Marina requires use of an approved RV or tent camping unit: 

• RVs up to 45' long are welcome

• Approved RV camping units - Class A and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers

• Approved tent camping units - folding campers, pop-up campers, and 1-4 person tents

Advance reservations are required for all cabins and campsites at Lake Whitney Marina. Cabins and campsites are assigned at the time of reservation and before arriving on the property. We do not accept walk-ins at any time, day or night. View check-in and check-out times.

A camping reservation is for one site with one camping unit and a given number of occupants and motor vehicles. Camping units are not permitted on the same site as any cabin. One camping unit allowed per site. Each site may have 1-4 people and 1-2 motor vehicles. These limits may not be exceeded at any time. Book enough sites to accommodate your entire party, including occupants, motor vehicles, camping units, and any boats.

Campsites and cabins are intended to be used as overnight accommodations and by those registered guests with the reservation. They may not be used as a day-use facility for visitors or as a place to host meetings, events, and activities. Small groups may reserve the meeting room for an additional fee.

Pets must be pre-approved by management before being brought onto the property; restrictions, limitations, and rules apply.

Visitors and any invitees are responsible for registering with the marina immediately upon arrival on the property and before going to any cabin or campsite area. Daily fees required. Visitors are permitted on the property from dawn to dusk only. No visitors may stay or park overnight. Vehicle tags must be displayed at all times. Please note privileges that apply to a registered cabin/campsite guest do NOT transfer, extend, or apply to a visitor; regular fees apply.

Fees & Charges

Additional charges and fees that may be assessed include, but are not limited to: 

• early check-in / late check-out

• use or access to some facilities or amenities on-site (boat tie-up, etc.)

• extinguishing unattended campfires

• exceeding the specified maximum number of camping units, occupants, and/or motor vehicles allowed per site

• removal of litter from site following check-out (bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc.)

• disposal of trash bags left behind on the site

• encroaching, parking, occupying, or using any open area, cabin, campsite, or pedestal not assigned to you or you did not pay for at check-in

• rule or policy violations (smoking, trash, litter, etc.)

• pets that enter or occupy a cabin

• day visitors (invitees)

• property damages, repairs, or missing items

Some sites are restricted to certain types and lengths of camping units. Availability of a particular site type or number is not guaranteed. Minimum stay requirements apply to all cabins and campsites. Rates are subject to change without notice. Contact management with any questions prior to booking.
