Lake Whitney Marina:  What to Bring With You

  • Portable, instant sun shade/canopy (no tents)

  • Towels

  • Personal care items, soap, shampoo, conditioner

  • Hair dryer

  • Clothes hangers

  • Hand sanitizer, hand soap

  • Food, condiments

  • Coffee, coffee filters

  • Foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, storage containers

  • Plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, napkins, paper towel

  • Cooking utensils, cooking spray

  • Microwave-safe cookware

  • Dishwashing liquid, hand towels

  • Disposable container to store used cooking oil or grease

  • Pots, frying pan (cooktops in select cabins)

  • Oven mitts, oven-safe bakeware (ovens in select cabins)

 

 

Bags of ice, hot and cold beverages, chips, snacks, novelty ice cream, candy, food, firewood, fishing, boating, camping, live bait, bait and tackle, lake maps, life jackets, and boating safety supplies are sold at the marina's floating ship's store.

 

There are several local grocery, discount, and convenience stores within a few miles of the property. In nearby Hillsboro, there's a large retailer located along I-35 with sporting goods, groceries, fishing licenses, and more.
