The main parts of the property include the lakefront area, campground area with loops, and the boat docks and storage. Learn more about each area below.

Lakefront Area

• "Low lake level" boat ramp

• Floating store dock with ten minute boat slips (for store customer use)

• Floating ship's store (stocked with several types of oil, fuel treatment, boat and jet ski batteries, boat cleaning products, cold beer, bags of ice, ice cream, drinks, coffee, microwaveable food, chips, snacks, camping accessories, fishing rods, lures, frozen and live bait, boating accessories, vessel safety equipment, fuses, bulbs, boat fenders, and dock lines).

• Boat passenger loading/unloading areas at the store dock and boat ramp

• Gasoline pumps

• Vessel pumpout

• Restrooms

Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove does NOT have a "day use area" or beach for bank fishing, picnicking, grilling, swimming, day hikes, trail riding on ATVs or OHVs, or a place to beach any boats or jet skis.

Campground Area & Loops

The campground area includes five loops with cabins and campsites. This area is for overnight accommodations and registered guest use only. Boat Docks & Dry Storage

In addition to the lakefront area and campground above, Lake Whitney Marina owns the boat docks in the adjacent coves and the gated dry storage area near loop 1. To learn more about dockage and storage availability, requirements, or rates and fees, speak directly with the owners of Lake Whitney Marina.

All docks, dockage spaces (covered slips, uncovered slips, and end-ties), and dry storage areas are off-limits to visitors, registered guests, and any invited guests. No trespassing allowed. Only authorized individuals with an approved vessel and who have a valid written dockage or storage license agreement on file with the marina may access these areas.

Some websites and online maps indicate there is a public park (Juniper Cove Park) next to Lake Whitney Marina. Juniper Cove Park is an area of land located within Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove.
