Registered Guest - Additional Vehicle
A reservation for a cabin, campsite, or rental RV allows for 1-2 vehicles or motorcycles.
Each additional vehicle or motorcycle that's on the
property and belongs to a registered guest is charged a daily
fee.

Registered Guest - Overnight Dockage
If a registered guest and their personal vessel are
approved and assigned a wet slip space, there is an
additional charge per TX number, per night. Wet slips are subject to availability.
Available space
is not guaranteed to accommodate type or length of your
boat, jet ski, or paddlecraft. Note: The fee is for each TX number
stored in the water. Learn more about

Smoking/Tobacco Violation
Cabins and rental RVs are non-smoking. Failure to keep
the inside of a cabin or rental RV free of odors and any
evidence of tobacco products. No vaping or electronic
cigarettes permitted. Areas includes wastebaskets,
sinks, toilets, window ledges, outside steps, covered
porches, picnic tables, and decks. Evidence of tobacco
includes ash, butts, wrappers, packaging, ash trays,
cinge marks, melted areas, burns, holes, spitting, and
lighters.

Pet Violation
Failure to disclose pet - pet brought onto the property and
entered or occupied a cabin or rental RV.
