Air conditioning. Heat. Television with DVD player. Sliding glass doors in front and back of boat. Covered front deck is carpeted and furnished with outdoor chairs. Covered back deck is carpeted with a spiral staircase to top deck. Charcoal grill is located on land and near gated dock.
