services is due in full and in advance. We do not run tabs or accept store charges.
No partial payments. No IOUs. Refusal to pay for
services when they are due, who leaves the property
without paying for services rendered, or fail to pay for accessing or using facilities or
services at Lake Whitney Marina is considered "theft of
service", according to
Texas Penal Code 31.04.

Leaving the property without paying for services
rendered, such as campsite and cabin accommodations.
Unauthorized use of
any service or hookup, such as water, convenience electric, or shore power,
at any boat dock, in dry storage, cabin, or campsite
Unauthorized access and use of the RV dump station or vessel
Unauthorized use or connection to any electrical
service located at a slip other than the one
assigned to you and your vessel.
additional cabins, campsites, or rental
RVs that you did not reserve and pay for in advance
Launching or hauling out any vessels or paddlecraft
on the property before paying the required daily
fees for each vehicle upfront and in full.
Exceeding the occupancy limit that was specified in
the rate for a cabin, campsite, or rental RV.
