WHO WE ARE
Juniper Cove Marina, LLC,
is a privately-owned business in Texas. They've owned
and operated Lake Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove in Whitney,
TX since 2002.
Lake Whitney Marina is
a full-service marina located mid-lake between the
mouth of the Brazos River and the Whitney Dam. The marina is
next to the main
river channel, which is a deep water area.
The USACE is the controlling authority of
Whitney Marina @ Juniper Cove is
one of four marinas serving the
boating public. This commercial concessioner operates
year-round and offers several services and facilities,
such as covered wet slips up to 50', annual dockage licenses, a
floating ship's store, covered and uncovered dry storage for
boats and trailers, daily lakefront parking, daily boat ramp
access, two boat ramps with different elevations, a designated water rec area, rental boats, bait,
a fish cleaning station, vessel pumpout, gasoline, bags of ice, beer,
accommodations, a five-loop campground, modern cabins, campsites with
partial and full hookups up to 50A, rental
RVs, and more.
The lease with the USACE
is approximately sixty acres and two miles of
shoreline and it allows for
up to 400 wet slips.

Marina Association of Texas,
General Land Office, and the
Commission on Environmental Quality.
