General Rules

In case of emergency, first call 911
and then contact Marina Management or the ship's store.

All visitors and guests must
register at the floating ship's store upon arrival. Permits are
required for all vehicles and they must be displayed at all times.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owner's expense and without
notice.

Transporting, or
dispensing gas from any portable container anywhere on the property,
or in, or around the marina is strictly prohibited; this includes
all parking lots, docks, boat ramp area, the campground, and all
cabins.

Maximum speed limit on the property is
10 mph. Watch for animals, children, and pedestrians at all times.
Vehicles must remain on roads at all times and park in designated
areas only. ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, mini-bikes, go-karts, dirt
bikes, and similar vehicles may not be operated on the property at
any time. Vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver.

Observe the no-wake zone around the
marina.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am daily.
Respect the privacy of others. Do not walk through occupied sites.

No generators. No air conditioning
units allowed in tents. No car camping. No dry camping.

Minors must remain under adult
supervision and control at all times. Parents and/or legal guardians
are responsible for their children.

No littering. Discard bones, food
scraps, cigarette butts, bottle caps, glass bottles, and other trash
in the proper receptacle. Carry bags of trash from your site, cabin,
or dock to the dumpster. Trash pickup service is not provided.

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguards
are on duty. No swimming allowed in or around boat docks, boat
slips, floating cabins, boat ramp, or courtesy docks.

Fishing is permitted on the floating
ship's store dock and designated areas along the shoreline. No
fishing from walkways, gangways, gated docks, water recreation
areas, courtesy docks, or restricted areas.
All fish must be cleaned at the fish cleaning station located near
the indoor fishing area. Do not clean fish in or around cabins,
sites, docks, facilities, parking lots, or grounds.

Discharge or use of any explosive,
firearm, or firework (including sparklers) is prohibited year-round
on the property (includes the grounds, roads, docks, boat ramp,
shoreline, parking lots, coves, on the water near the marina, and
fishing pier). Violators will be reported to law enforcement and
ejected from the property without refund.

Trespassing, theft of service,
disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, or other unlawful acts will
be reported to law enforcement and result in ejection from the
property without refund. Violation
of marina rules or policies, or any complaints received by the
marina about visitors or guests on the property may result in
immediate ejection from the property without refund.

Only plastic
stakes may be used on the property; metal stakes are prohibited.
Marina Management must pre-approve large structures, group tents, or
shelters pitched on the property.

Cabins and
sites must be in the same condition at check-in and check-out to
avoid additional charges. Daily housekeeping is not provided in the
cabins or clubhouse. Occupants and visitors are responsible for
keeping their areas, porches, decks, and sites clean and tidy at all
times.

Do not place
ashes or charcoal on the ground, or place hot coals in any
dumpsters. Grills and campfires must be attended at all times and
completely extinguished before leaving the area.

Exceeding
the number of occupants, tents, or vehicles allowed per site or
cabin will result in additional charges and/or ejection from the
property without refund.

Day visitors
may remain on the property from dawn to dusk.

The following items are
prohibited on the floating ship's store dock and within the indoor
fishing area: open containers of alcohol, outside food and drinks,
sunflower seeds, use of any tobacco product including cigarette
smoking, radios, electrical devices, appliances, pets, and
unaccompanied minors.

Access to boat docks is restricted to
tenants and their registered guests.

Individuals with overnight
tie-ups/slips must both check-in and register their vessels and
members in their party with the ship's store before accessing
docks or occupying slips at the marina.

All boat dock gates must remain closed
and locked at all times.

Be alert for wildlife and snakes. Do
not feed, disturb, or harass them. -
Report any suspicious activity to
Marina Management immediately. -
No glass containers allowed on docks,
in parking lots, around the boat ramp, or shoreline. -
Washing or performing any repairs or
maintenance to any vehicle, vessel, trailer, or RV is prohibited.
