For reservations, current rates, or
more information, call the marina. Please have
your preferred site numbers, credit card, dates of arrival, and number
of people in your party available when you call. Advance reservations are recommended
around the holidays.
Guests
Guests staying with Lake Whitney Marina must check
in at the ship's store upon arrival. Overnight wet slips and tie-ups are available for
a small fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. During the length of your stay, you may launch your boat and fish in
the baited barge at no additional charge.
Before entering the grounds, visitors must
register with the ship's store upon arrival, pay a daily access fee per
vehicle, and obtain a daily parking permit that must be visible at all
times. Violators will have their vehicles towed at the owner's expense.
Groups and events are welcome year-round. Please call with the dates of your
event and approximate headcount. Reservations are accepted up to
one year in advance.
No smoking inside cabins, facilities, or buildings.
No fireworks.
No ATVs.
No pets allowed inside cabins, facilities, or
buildings. Pets must remain on a leash at all times and may not be left
unattended. Owners must pick up after their pets. Rottweilers and pit
bulls are not permitted on the property.
Guests
and visitors must check-in at the ship's store upon arrival.
Park in
designated areas only. Do not block road access. Do not park on grass.
Drive on paved roads only. Do not drive on
grass or across RV/tent sites.
Do not litter. Discard all cigarette butts in
proper receptacles. Do not leave any food on the ground.
Use plastic tent stakes only. Metal stakes
are not permitted.
Rates include one RV or one tent per site for
up to four (4) people per site per night.
An additional structure (e.g. tent)
located beside a cabin or on a site is $10.00 per night for up to two
(2) people maximum. Management must pre-approve all structures.
Place trash in dumpsters. Do not leave bags of
trash sitting outside RVs or tents.
To conserve energy, please turn off lights, fans,
or appliances when not in use.
Occupants will be charged fees for smoking inside
cabins, allowing pets inside cabins, any property damage, or any missing
or damaged inventory (remote controls, fire extinguishers, pillows,
keys, etc.).
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid
driver's license to rent a cabin.
A valid credit card is required at the time of
reservation:
If a reservation is made for the Memorial Day,
Independence Day, and Labor Day holiday weekends, the first night's
stay must be paid in advance by credit card and is non-refundable. A
7-day cancellation notice is required for holiday weekends -- guests
will be charged for ALL nights reserved if notice is given within
this timeframe.
Reservations made for non-holiday periods are
also held by a deposit of a one night's stay. A 72-hour cancellation
notice is required -- guests will be charged for ALL nights reserved
if notice is given within this timeframe.
Taxes and fees are not included in the rates below.
Discounts are not available during the
holidays or Spring & Summer season (March 1 - September 30).
During the Fall & Winter season (October 1 -
February 28), members of Escapee RV Club and Passport
America are eligible for a discount when mentioned at the time
of reservation. Proof of valid membership will be verified at
check-in.
