Modern cabins, direct access to the water, great views, indoor fishing and boat ramp privileges, overnight boat slip rentals, and clean grounds are only a few of the reasons why people choose to stay with Lake Whitney Marina. We're also conveniently located only minutes from major highways, downtown Whitney, grocery stores, and banks.
Cabins vary in size, location, type, and layout. Choose from a one room/studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus bunk beds, two bedroom, or floating cabin (docked houseboat). Groups can also reserve our day-use meeting room, which is centrally-located on the property. All cabins and facilities are non-smoking/tobacco-free only.
Prior to making a cabin/site reservation, please review the cabin description, the list of items to bring with you, reservation policies, and general rules. Check-in begins after 3:00pm and check-out must be completed before 12:00pm for all cabins and sites.

Two Bedroom - Park Manor Cabins: C6, C16
Two bedroom (one queen in each bedroom) with one sleep sofa in living area. Each bedroom has one bath with shower. Full-size kitchen with double sink, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric burners, and stove. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and television. Kitchen table and chairs. Charcoal grill and picnic table beside cabin. Covered deck (applies to C6 only - see photos above).
Note: On the property map, C16 is physically located on site #104 (RV104). This cabin features a scenic, panoramic view of the lake. Parking at the cabin is limited, and access to the hill is restricted to registered cabin and site occupants. Boat and jet ski trailers and extra vehicles must park at the bottom of the hill in the boat ramp parking area. Additional fees will apply for occupying and/or using services at non-reserved sites on the hill. Tents may NOT be pitched beside cabins.

Cabin: Clubhouse
One room building available for day-use only. Meeting room is centrally-located on the property. Ideal place to hold small gatherings. Air conditioning, mini-blinds, tables, chairs, sectional couch, electrical outlets, and small counter with sink. Restroom facilities are located outside and right across from the clubhouse. This meeting room does not have a kitchen, cooking facilities, refrigerator, restrooms, coffee maker, microwave, television, or any storage facilities.
Note: The clubhouse and bunkhouse are located next door to each other and share a deck platform, parking area, and access to picnic tables. For additional space or privacy, we recommend groups reserve both places during their stay.

Cabin Rates Valid: March 1, 2010 - February 28, 2011
Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice. Overnight cabin rental rates do not include taxes and fees of 11%. The day-use meeting room (clubhouse) does not include taxes and fees of 8%.
The daily cabin rate includes up to two vehicles and overnight accommodations for up to the maximum number of occupants specified for the cabin.
* The daily rate for the bunkhouse includes five (5) people and two (2) vehicles. Additional vehicles cost $10/vehicle/day. Additional occupants cost $10/person/night up to a maximum of ten (10) people.
